Simple, transparent pricing
Myotherapy and remedial massage are the same price. If your extras cover includes myotherapy or remedial massage, you can claim on the spot.
Remedial massage only
All prices include GST.
Health fund rebates
You can claim on the spot with your health fund card. Rebates depend on your health fund and level of extras cover, and not all policies include myotherapy or remedial massage. Please check with your fund before your appointment, as we can’t guarantee you’ll be covered. Any amount not covered by your fund is payable on the day.
Cancellation policy
At Myosynergy, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, we’re often unable to offer that time to another client who needs treatment.
24 hours’ notice
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can do this online, by phone, or by SMS.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost.
Missed appointments
If you don’t attend without notice, the full treatment fee will be charged.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so the next client isn’t delayed, and the full fee will still apply.
Cancellation fees can’t be claimed through private health insurance.
We understand that genuine emergencies and illness happen. These are considered case by case, and we may waive the fee at our discretion. If you’re unwell or have cold or flu symptoms, please let us know as early as possible. We’d rather reschedule than have you come in sick.
